Job Description
- Lead and provide creative direction to the 3D Design team throughout project execution.
- Receive briefs from the Creative Director, Account team, and Clients to develop the overall visual direction for projects.
- Define art style, mood & tone for event stages, booths/exhibitions, activation campaigns, 3D key visuals, and immersive experiences.
- Develop visual concepts, mood boards, material direction, and spatial storytelling.
- Collaborate with the Creative team during concept pitching sessions.
- Present visual concepts and creative ideas to internal teams and clients when required.
- Translate brand insights and strategic objectives into impactful and commercially effective visual experiences.
- Work closely with the Production team to ensure designs are feasible for real-world execution and fabrication.
- Oversee and maintain high-quality standards across lighting, materials, textures, composition, realism, and overall visual output.
Requirement
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in 3D Design and/or Art Direction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience working in a Creative Agency or Event Agency is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Cinema 4D, Blender, and/or 3Ds Max.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in rendering engines such as Redshift, Octane, Corona, or V-Ray.
- Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, materials, visual storytelling, and spatial design.
- Ability to transform brand insights into compelling visual experiences.
- Strong aesthetic sense with a deep understanding of global visual and design trends.
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and team review capabilities.
- Strong pitching, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with Unreal Engine, AI creative workflows, or real-time rendering is a strong advantage.
- Cinematic visual thinking or motion visual expertise is a plus.

Salary:
Income: Competitive up to 80 million VND Net/month
