Job Description:
- Receive and analyze client briefs, providing suitable solutions aligned with the client’s objectives and budget.
- Proactively communicate and coordinate accurate information with relevant teams throughout the event execution process.
- Collaborate with Creative and Production teams to develop proposals, quotations, and execution plans.
- Independently manage projects from proposal development through execution and post-event, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget are met.
- Proactively manage and control project costs and profitability, recommending solutions to optimize project efficiency.
- Work, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate and supervise onsite execution, proactively handling issues and unexpected situations on event days.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks to ensure successful delivery in line with client commitments.
- Monitor project performance, prepare post-event reports, and recommend improvements for future projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by proactively understanding client needs and developing long-term partnerships.
- Report project progress and performance to the Event Manager and provide support to Junior team members when needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a similar role at an Event Agency or Communications/Marketing Agency.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle issues flexibly and promptly, and coordinate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
- Attitude: Dynamic, proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively under high pressure.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of event organization processes, including event equipment, sound, lighting, and market costs.
- Professional Qualifications:
- Experience managing events in industries such as real estate, finance & banking, arts, or government/political affairs is a strong advantage.
- Ability to independently manage and handle projects from start to finish.
- Strong ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and suppliers.
- Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.

Salary:
Salary range: 15 – 18 million VND Net/month.
