    Job Description:

    • Manage the entire creative production process from pre-production to on-ground execution and post-production for TVCs, viral videos, photo content, event films, and livestream projects.
    • Develop detailed production plans, including timelines, budgets, call sheets, shooting schedules, vendor lists, and risk management plans for each project.
    • Source, book, and manage production crews and talents, including directors, DOPs, photographers, stylists, talents, and stage technicians.
    • Collaborate closely with the Creative team to ensure all outputs align with the approved concept and visual direction.
    • Supervise production quality throughout the entire process and proactively handle on-site issues or unexpected situations.
