Job Description:
- Develop design concepts and transform them into consistent visuals across multiple platforms.
- Execute visuals for branding, digital, POSM, events, packaging, etc.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PS, ID, Figma), AE, and 3D tools proficiently.
- Work with Creative Lead/Art Director to ensure design consistency.
- Provide strategic and effective design solutions.
- Mentor Junior Designers and Interns.
- Participate in internal creative brainstorms.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience. Leading medium to large projects is a plus.
- Strong storytelling through design, with solid layout and typography skills.
- Strategic mindset, team-oriented, and detail-driven.
- Preferably experienced in full brand rollouts from positioning to execution.
