Job Description:
- Receive briefs from the Creative, Account, and Planner teams to develop visual concepts for projects.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to build mood boards, visual direction, campaign aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
- Develop and execute visuals for: Event campaigns; Activation campaigns; Branding projects; Key visuals; POSM materials; Digital campaigns
- Ensure visual consistency and maintain high-quality standards across all campaign deliverables.
- Review and support the Design team throughout project execution.
- Participate in pitching sessions and present visual concepts to internal teams or clients when required.
- Proactively stay updated with the latest design, visual, and creative trends.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an agency, event, or activation environment.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to build mood boards, develop visual direction, and transform ideas into effective visual executions.
- Solid understanding of composition, typography, color palettes, and branding aesthetics.
- Knowledge of After Effects, motion graphics, or AI creative workflows is a plus.
- Experience in reviewing team output or leading projects is preferred.
- Strong teamwork, mentoring, and timeline management skills.

14 – 20 million VND Net/month.
