Job Description:
We are looking for a highly creative Senior Event Planner with strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop proposals for Event, Activation, and Brand Experience projects.
- Receive briefs from the Account team or Clients to develop event ideas and creative concepts.
- Develop event concepts, key messages, customer experiences, activation ideas, and related creative directions.
- Proactively create proposals and participate in pitching sessions with the team.
- Collaborate closely with the Design team to develop visual proposals aligned with the creative concept.
- Ensure proposals are both innovative and practically feasible for execution.
- Monitor planning timelines and ensure all related deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Support project execution teams to ensure the approved concept is implemented effectively.
- Maintain and elevate the creative planning quality of projects.
- Research industry trends and market benchmarks to enhance customer experience and creative solutions.
Requirement:
- 3–5 years of experience in Event Planning, Activation, or related fields, preferably within an Event Agency or Creative Agency environment.
- Proven experience in developing event concepts, proposals, and pitch decks.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of customer experience and experiential planning.
- Excellent pitching and presentation skills.
- Strong timeline management and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary:
14 – 25 million VND Net/Month.
