Job Description:
- Receive, analyze, and “crack” briefs from Clients and Account teams to identify communication challenges and define suitable strategic directions.
- Conduct market research, category analysis, competitor benchmarking, consumer behavior studies, and social trend analysis to uncover valuable campaign insights.
- Develop strategic direction, communication angles, key messages, and creative propositions for campaigns, events, and activation projects.
- Create and develop: Big Idea, Creative Concept, Activation Idea, Content Direction (aligned with communication objectives and brand experience goals).
- Participate in developing proposals, pitch decks, and storytelling structures for client presentations and pitching projects.
- Build communication flow and campaign phasing strategies across multiple touchpoints and stages.
- Collaborate with Account, Creative, Design, Production, Operations, Media, and other related teams to develop and execute ideas effectively.
- Work closely with the Design and Creative teams to ensure visual direction and execution align with the approved concept.
- Support proposal presentations, pitching sessions, and idea defense with clients.
- Monitor campaign implementation to ensure consistency in concept, messaging, and brand experience.
- Continuously stay updated on creative trends, social behaviors, consumer insights, and cultural movements to enhance proposal quality and campaign ideas.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on communication planning.
- Strong strategic and conceptual thinking, with the ability to connect insights, messaging, visuals, and brand experiences effectively.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to transform insights into actionable creative directions.
- Basic understanding of communication touchpoints, social platforms, and consumer journeys.
- Strong proposal writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Strong aesthetic sense, creative mindset, and sensitivity to trends and cultural movements are advantages.
- Good English proficiency is a plus.

Salary:
Salary range: 15 – 20 million VND Net/month.
