Job Description:
- Build, maintain, and develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Receive and analyze client briefs, then consult on suitable Creative & Marketing solutions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Creative, Design, and Production teams to develop proposals, creative concepts, and implementation plans.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including timelines, budgets, deliverable quality, and overall campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and proactively recommend optimization strategies to improve project outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and vendors while coordinating project execution to ensure timely delivery.
- Coach and mentor junior Account team members to support their professional development.
- Prepare project reports, evaluate performance, and provide timely updates on key issues to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Senior Account Executive or in a similar role within a marketing/creative agency.
- Experience managing Event Marketing projects, preferably in the Real Estate or Banking & Insurance industries.
- Strong understanding of visual materials and the ability to evaluate design quality and creative concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
- Highly proactive, accountable, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Good English proficiency is a plus.

Salary:
Salary range: 15 – 18 million VND Net/month.
