Job Description:
- Receive briefs from the Creative, Account, and Planner teams to develop visual assets for various projects.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to translate concepts into compelling visual executions that align with project objectives.
- Design and execute visuals for Event campaigns, Activation campaigns, Branding projects, POSM materials, Social Media, and Digital Content.
- Create mood boards, layouts, concept sketches, and visual references to communicate creative ideas effectively.
- Ensure design quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all project deliverables.
- Work closely with the Production team and other stakeholders to ensure designs are production-ready and feasible for execution.
- Refine and optimize designs based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, visual styles, and creative tools to continuously enhance creative output.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer. Previous experience in a Creative Agency, Event Agency, or Activation Agency is preferred.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
- Solid understanding of typography, branding principles, and visual storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or motion design is a plus.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

12 – 14 million VND Net/month.
