Job Description:
Lead creative direction for major design projects.
Develop branding materials, visual identities, and advertising content.
Train and mentor junior designers to maintain high-quality outputs.
Work directly with Accounts and clients to provide creative solutions.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in Graphic Design.
Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma; motion design experience is a plus.
Strong visual design sense, creativity, and strategic thinking.
Excellent team management and leadership skills.
