Job Description:
- Receive briefs from the Creative Director, Account team, and Planner to develop creative concepts and visual direction for projects.
- Allocate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure the progress and efficiency of the Visual team.
- Define visual direction, mood & tone for: Events; Activation campaigns; Key visuals; Booths / Exhibitions; Brand experiences
- Develop mood boards, visual guidelines, and storytelling for campaigns.
- Lead and mentor the creative team (Designers, Illustrators, Motion Designers, etc.) throughout project execution.
- Direct and oversee the visual quality across Design, 3D, and Motion outputs.
- Participate in pitching sessions and present visual concepts to clients when required.
- Proactively stay updated with emerging visual, experiential, and creative trends.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Art Direction, Creative Design, or within Agency / Event / Branding environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign concepts, key visuals, branding projects, or film direction.
- Strong conceptual thinking and aesthetic sense with solid knowledge of visual storytelling, composition, color, lighting, and branding aesthetics.
- Ability to build mood boards and translate concepts into impactful visual executions.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma.
- Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects, or AI creative workflows is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and pitching skills.
- Up-to-date understanding of design trends and communication aesthetics.
