Job Description:

• Develop design concepts and transform them into consistent visuals across multiple platforms.
• Execute visuals for branding, digital, POSM, events, packaging, etc.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PS, ID, Figma), AE, and 3D tools proficiently.
• Work with Creative Lead/Art Director to ensure design consistency.
• Provide strategic and effective design solutions.
• Mentor Junior Designers and Interns.
• Participate in internal creative brainstorms.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience. Leading medium to large projects is a plus.
• Strong storytelling through design, with solid layout and typography skills.
• Strategic mindset, team-oriented, and detail-driven.
• Preferably experienced in full brand rollouts from positioning to execution.
